Change: Rethinking Life and Blog!

New Energy - Re-emerging from a Cocoon to Life!

Just a quick note to let you know that I have returned, once again(!) - from a short time away from the internet, and am back from surgery.

Feeling fitter than I have for years, since I got this awful illness. Lost a lot of weight and looking better! I think I am well on my way to going into remission - its absolutely wonderful, so keeping fingers crossed.

But with this new burst of energy ... it feels like I am venturing out from a cocoon. It's like waking up from a dream. I am rethinking life goals! Rethinking my purpose in life.

Earlier plans and passions are now replaced with other ones. Some are the same, but never got off the ground. New hobbies. Starting my music again & other creative ventures, along with an increased commitment to writing. Watching lots of 'artsy' documentaries/autobiographies and being inspired too ...

The world is so exciting!

But with so many goals. Where do I start/go! Have I hit mid-life crisis early? :0

We all go through this - Ironically, one of the true certainties in life is "CHANGE".
I'm on a new path it seems ... hmmm! :)

Actually, I'd rather have too many goals and passions, than none at all! Hopefully it will come to me soon!

My initial plans are changing for this blog too, given the millions of self-help type blogs out there now! I may continue with my earlier plans; I may discontinue all-together, or I may adopt a completely different, perhaps a tad controversial, approach ... Any thoughts? ;-)

So, 'stay tuned' ... !

(Hmmm, I seem to have been saying that a bit lately, including on my other Web2.0/Resellers Delight blog, which will also be changing to a more useful resource, with reviews and video tutorials coming! I think I will do a review of the "LiveScribe SmartPen' next on that one).

Well, until I have something useful to say very soon, always be kind with yourselves! :)

Megan (Dr Meg)

PS - I also made a start on a new info/academic-type blog about 'environmental protection/conservation', if anyone is interested in this area

- 'Environmental Impact Assessment as a Tool for Environmental Protection'

If I continue with that one, it will be moved from 'edublogs' to a self-hosted platform. Would appreciate any feedback to continue with that one or not! :)

PPS Don't forget the Free Goodies Basket at the bottom of the this page, or the home page (you can download anything in the embedded 4shared box, or listen online)

Great Blog here :)

"The average person puts only 25% of his energy and ability into his work. The world takes off its hat to those who put in more than 50% of their capacity, and stands on its head for those few and far between souls who devote 100%."
Andrew Carnegie

I am looking to add people to my blog roll/link list comment on my blog if your interested. Http://www.successdemandsaction.com
